Career Policies

This policy is under the followung  terms and conditions ;

  1. The company has the right to change or modified the terms and conditions at any time fully or partially without any prior notice to any candidate.
  2. The company has the right to select the candidate as per his/her past performance or experience and like wise the payment would differ from the candidate on same post.
  3. The company has the right to withdraw or delay any post floated for the applicant without any prior notice.
  4. The Company manages the transfer or deputation of successful candidate on its requirement in that place and it can change any time as per company privileges .
  5. The company has the right to make the arrangement as required for the TA/DA or any other such allowances for the candidate and may cease it any time of the service .
  6. The Company has the right to declare the bonuses for its permanent employees and the amount will be the sole discretion of the company.
  7. The Company has the right to place the candidate to the units where the requirement arises and that may be in field or office.
  8.   9. The deduction for saleable items for brand promotion and company outlook ,be applicable to the salary and cananot be negotiated.
  10. The company has the right to promote the candidate on his performance and availability.
