This policy is under the followung terms and conditions ;
- The company has the right to change or modified the terms and conditions at any time fully or partially without any prior notice to any candidate.
- The company has the right to select the candidate as per his/her past performance or experience and like wise the payment would differ from the candidate on same post.
- The company has the right to withdraw or delay any post floated for the applicant without any prior notice.
- The Company manages the transfer or deputation of successful candidate on its requirement in that place and it can change any time as per company privileges .
- The company has the right to make the arrangement as required for the TA/DA or any other such allowances for the candidate and may cease it any time of the service .
- The Company has the right to declare the bonuses for its permanent employees and the amount will be the sole discretion of the company.
- The Company has the right to place the candidate to the units where the requirement arises and that may be in field or office.
- The candidate will only be given payment details and deduction only when he/she will clear the Probation period and joins as permanent employee.
